I inquired to the Krystal organization about bringing a franchise to BR. Their response " a state legislator has the franchise rights & is available for purchase." WTF - a State Legislator is holding this national franchise from doing business in Louisiana? No wonder businesses seek business in other states.

Nobody in BR wants to get teabagged the next time Bama comes to town and beats us.

What was funnier about the teabagging incident?

1) The ad on the wall of the Krystal saying 'Get a sackful'

Or

2) The guy doing the tea bagging was a manager at Dick's

Krystal is terrible. It's like eating the ingredients for diarrhea.

Yes, but with krystal, it's more of a binding legal contract.

They closed every franchise in Louisiana last December except one on the Northshore and the Bourbon Street one.

I don't care what anyone says -- when I'm on a late-night drinking binge in the Quarter, there's nothing better, with the exception of maybe a Lucky Dog (or two), than a sack o' Krystals.

Krystal is horrible.

I remember people telling me it was like White Castle. Whiteys isn't anything to write home about, but Krystals was just horrible. Tried it drunk and sober and still found it to be really shite food.

I can't get drunk in New Orleans and not go to Krystal. Last time I went with no shoes or pants and they didn't care. That's just good people man. When driving long distance and I see a Krystal I love getting a sackful and tearing them up while throwing the pickle out the window. Just nostalgic. But yeah it gives me diarrhea. Whatever.

No he wasn't. He was a manager at Hibbert sports. Way to make shite up for comedy.

There probably wasnt a sackful poster either, huh?
