Start thinking about your most mouth watering steak dishes and prepare them for the next food challenge on Tuesday, October 5. You may choose beef or any food that identifies as steak!

I've basically eliminated salt from my steak cooking and it is eye opening. Just a few twists of fresh cracked black pepper and that's all you need. Really lets you experience the beef flavor.

hell yeah, I have a big hunk of 40 day dry aged venison round in the freezer.

Just so we are clear No8 said any meat from a former living creature that is presented as a steak, correct? So if I choose ostrich steak, kangaroo steak or zebra steak I’m in the clear right?
