New Restaurants to Perkins Rowe

Baton Rouge BR reports two new restaurants are close to deals in PR.
One is a 'new concept' Mexican Restaurant to move in where the Grill Room previously occupied.
The second is a BBQ Restaurant to move in where Fish City Grill occupied.
Anybody have any idea what we might be in for?

The Mexican place is supposed to be locally owned and feature live music.

I don't see how some of those retail shops make it in P-Rowe.
IMO, Voodoo has good pulled pork and corn pudding, but that's about it.

Superior wouldn't label themselves as "new concept."
It's got to be either a Louisiana-Tex Mex fusion type place or something like an Izzo's or Chipotle. Freebird's maybe?

The Grill Room's location is god awful. I doubt any restaurant can survive in there
