Just grabbed chocolate peanut butter cookie dough from Publix . It’s a chocolate ice cream base, with peanut butter cookie dough pieces and chocolate chunks. It’s one of my new favorites, very good!

Not sure that too new but it is good.

My bad if it’s not, it has the “new flavor “ logo on the carton from the manufacturer.

I think they should keep it around. I prefer it to the bride cake shite for sure. Throw some caramel on that peanut butter next time.

It's hard to beat this one, it's like 'crack'

This is a fatties only thread apparently. Blackberry cobbler is fantastic too.

Triple choclate...is the best but I don't buy it as much as I use too
Blue bell is loaded with high fructose corn syrup..my doctor told me this is why it taste so good...high fructose corn syrup is extremely bad for you...espically as you get older...there are alternative out there...bryers has a few flavors that are high fructose free...thats what I buy now

We eat ice cream for the emotional and spiritual benefits...not the health benefits. I'm going to have what I enjoy in life in moderation, including real butter, whole milk, and loads of bacon. I refuse to be like Louis in Interview with the Vampire and Lestat, living off the accommodation of rodents so that I don't sacrifice what's left of my humanity!!!
ETA: and that's usually Ben and Jerry's, Haagen Daaz, or Talenti, but Blue Bell Banana Pudding and a few others get my attention now and then.

Same here. I’m a diabetic, but I still will enjoy a scoop of blue bell ice cream every so often.
That said, Cookies and Cream, and Butter Crunch are my favorites. I’ve never met a Blue Bell flavor I didn’t like though.

Apparently everything that goes into their ice cream is made in house. I think this is what makes it so damn good.

Myth. No more or less harmful than table sugar.

The new Key Lime Mango Tart is really good.

I've read conflicting reports. I've read that it takes your body longer to break down HFCS as opposed to sugar, and as a result it leads to more weight gain. I forget the science behind it. It basically said the rise in childhood obesity rates correlates almost exactly with the increased use of HFCS. But I have also read what you have stated, so who knows.
I do know limiting both has positive health results.

My question is, why when I buy Ben N’Jerrys and it melts a little, when I refreeze it, it still looks the same — but with Blue Bell, if it melts a little and I refreeze it it turns in to a yellow gummy mess?

I had it a month or so ago also. It moved to #1 on my favorites list. Wife brought home Blue Bell Wedding cake last weekend. It was also damn good.

Subtle Publix brag. ;)

It is actually very easy to beat that one. It is called the Cookie Two Step. It is that one with cookie dough added in.
As for the chocolate peanut butter cookie dough flavor, I honestly was kind of let down. It wasn't bad, just seemed to be missing something. The flavors seemed to blend together too much. Some type of fudge ribbon throughout or maybe a little darker chocolate ice cream would have made it better IMO.
