Cook it? Not being a smart arse, but I haven’t had it anywhere good enough to impress some some

Cook it. It’s pretty damn easy and better at home.

If it is so easy, then how the hell do restaurants not have a decent one?

Seems ironic

I do know some places use tomatoes.

A lot of dishes can be easy but better made at home. Gumbo especially.

I ate it for the first time at City Cafe, over fried fish. Was really, really good. If I was taking someone for it, I would highly recommend theirs. And I don't care for a lot of their other food.

Use K-Paul or Emeril recipe, it’ll be better than Sammy’s or George’s. Make sure to use LA crawfish and avoid the Chinese crap. Most likely anywhere you Goto in BR will use the tiny tails from Asia.
