Nap- you will enjoy those places. Not certain about Criollo. Not loving the reviews from my sources.
I still need to make it to Bistro Daisy. Everyone raves about it.

Whispers are that R'evolution isn't long in the tooth. Word is the principals haven't been on site in months. But if you want an overpriced, poorly thought out meal with lopsided service, at least go to Antoines.

A few people here said it was excellent, and their menu had me intrigued.
The only negative I had against Folse and Emeril for that matter is the rumors that they don't treat their employees well.

Well I've been to R'evolution and it was one of the worst meals I've ever had. Its a confusing restaurant.
As for Emeril, I've never heard that. In fact, he has many many long time employees who've been there for ages and offers benefits, which most restaurants don't. Besided he spends most days fishing off the coast of Florida, so I doubt he spends much time berating employees for not chopping onions correctly.

No kidding? Can't say it's surprising. I really had high hopes for this place and while I enjoyed my dinner experience it wasn't what I had envisioned.
