My 8 & 9 yr olds like spaghetti tacos.

I'll frick up a spaghetti sandwich. Cold leftover spaghetti w/ meat sauce between 2 slices of buttered, untoasted white bread. Little something my uncle told me about from back in his college days.

That's basically the same as eating a bite of spaghetti then taking a bite of garlic bread .. which is the standard way most people eat it anyways.

I hate to be critical but chopped up hotdogs mixed in with shells would send this over the top.

Make chilimac with velveeta shells and cheese and wolf brand chili. Add a touch of ranch and then put that in your tortillas. That is some good eatin son!

Put the mac and cheese with an extra slice of cheese between two slices of sour dough and make it like a grilled cheese. #notortilla

Nice

And drat! All the good comments like "fork view", "His and Her plate" "needs spam" have been taken.

Wait - I have a constructive comment.

Here it comes.

"I do the same thing except I add two vienna sausages and mustard slaw to mine."

Nice shoe. I get a stern look when I leave my tenny-pumps in the kitchen, except mine are grungy white. If I got green maybe she'd like them as an artistic/accent piece

Seriously, you can't get much better than Velveeta Shells. And flour tortillos are such a nice user friendly presentation. I give it a two

The basis of the recipe seems kind'a like a breakfast burrito (pork sausage, scrambled eggs and velveeta on flour tortilla). Everyone knows breakfast burritoes is a classic - on a level with the Five Mother Sauces of France, so this one has a lot of potential.

Has FDB turned into a competition? Do I need to step up my efforts a notch or two?
