OK, so the beams and roof is complete. The plumbing is ran under existing concrete and 150 ft through the yard. More concrete to be poured this week. Antique pecky cypress beams ready to build the bar out of. Cabinets in process of being built in the shop. Vintage barstools purchased and ready. Stainless cooktop side burner just came in. Ceiling fans in the mail. Roller shades on order. So what am I missing??? help me out, wanna get this right the first time.

Damn good insulation on that plumbing and a shut off valve for the winter time.
Despite this mild winter. we do still have a freeze now and then.

Fridge
TV
I wouldn't call this a must-have, but I wish I had put it in originally - a waterproof, built-in iPod dock.

The Flat Screen is a must have. And invest in a good waterproof breathable cover for it as well.

Tell me more about the roller shades you ordered.
I'd definitely have a tv.

Just scroll through these and then cry because you will never have anything so awesome.
Oh, that's just me.
I'm sure you can get some good ideas from the site.

Thanks for that link. It reminded me that it's Wed and I need to purchase a powerball ticket.

man reading through these responses you would think people would keel over and die without a television in front of them 24/7

quote:eh, I don't think that's it. I would definitely put a TV outside if I could because I would love it for watching sports. That's about all it would be turned on for. That and maybe music. If I could watch every football game sitting outside instead of inside, I would.

Not bad.. I don't like frying chicken and fish in the house.. Looks like you got a decent place to do that..

That's the camp, not the house.

If I ever build my outdoor kitchen I want, I'll never go back in my house.
