Just scroll through these and then cry because you will never have anything so awesome.
I did, what I saw is for amateurs.

man reading through these responses you would think people would keel over and die without a television in front of them 24/7

This could very well happen to me, especially during football season.

I looked at some of those. I don't get the open air kitchens. They must not get much rain, mosquitoes and other buglets, high temps or pollen.

There's probably a hidden retractable roof.

Well if money isn't an issue, brick fireplace, tv, ice maker, undercounter fridge, sink, hose bib, plenty of electric outlets, hanging gas eaters, fans, and those Mosquitos sprayers that run around the eve of the roof.

Maybe so and retractable screens, too. I want mine screened in with some sort of blinds I can let down when it's too cold or when the sun gets too hot and I can put one of those portable AC's in there. I have one in a box I've been dying to use. When my "bbq watching tv patio" is done, with those features, I'm going to give it a try.

These work better than the hired help spraying daily?

Seriously, never heard of this. What are these about?

Hell yeah. It's probably a 1/4 line that runs around the entire length of your home. Right under the eaves so it's barely noticeable. Not sure how far apart the sprayers are but maybe ten feet. It automatically turns itself on and sprays. You can also turn it on manually. Get one of those and you can kiss Mosquitos good bye. Only bad part is you have to have a license to buy the chemicals to refill it. So unless you're a farmer you have to pay ppl to do it for you. Initial cost is probably a couple thousand depending on the size of the home. And you have to pay to fill up every few months. Not sure exactly how much the fill ups are.
