Using the crock pot today to make dinner. Made this several times before and we love it. Today I've added water chestnuts, broccoli and the shredded carrots it calls for. On the side I'll do some stir fry veggies and deep fry some egg rolls. Should be gooood.....!

Mongolian beef is supposed to be white onions, green onions, crispy rice noodles and sauce.... No carrots or water chesnuts

Then it's NOT Mongilian Beef but that's what it's called by the recipe. I added the broccoli and water chestnuts because I like 'em!
