Anyone know who consistently serves a mole, or uses one as a marinade, in BR.

Superior is currently offering their seasonal Chicken Enchilada Amandine with a mole. I don’t have a lot of experience with other mole but I think it’s pretty good.

A good one is hard to find around here but if you are in Houston go to Hugo’s and get the duck with mole’. Fantastic.

quote:

Amandine
Thank you for spelling this correctly. I can't tell you how many restaurants get this wrong by spelling it almondine.

I'm sure you'll find guacamole at plenty of Mexican restaurants.
