Going to see Jackson Brown tonight. Any decent places to get a drink and bite in downtown?

If you are Running on Empty, any of these would be good.
Sorry could not help it.

Bob's Downtown Diner is a great little breakfast place. Good food with a New Orleans vibe to it.
Felix's Fish Camp on the Bay east of Mobile does really good seafood.
Callaghans Irish Pub is known for their hamburgers - has won some awards.
There's a Dreamland BBBQ up on Old Shell at I-65, but a better BBQ is Mc Millans in Prichard, if its still there, Haven't been in awhile.
Really recommend Bob's for breakfast.

Friends of mine who live in Mobile eat at the Hummingbird Way Oyster Bar quite often. They really enjoy it. I believe the menu changes seasonally or they have a good many seasonal specials. I know they ate there on Sunday and several of the dishes included fig preparations that sounded good.

had hummingbird way friday night. the whole fried flounder was amazing.
Callaghan’s is always good.
my last experience at Dumbwaiter was Subpar
also for a quick breakfast there is a top notch taco truck adjacent to Nova espresso.

We always eat at Noja and Noble South when we are in town. Drinks at Haverdasher

It's been a couple years since I've been to Mobile, but Osman's was my go-to whenever I was in town. You'll need reservations.
