My little girl eats just about anything I cook. Big fan of anything with rice or pasta.

roast rice and gravy, baked ziti, spanish rice, red beans, ect

anyway, looking to keep expanding the menu. Any tips?

My 2 year old daughter was like yours-ate whatever we would put in front of her.

But about 6 months ago I introduced her to pho...and it's literally all she asks for now at dinner time. Pho/Ramen...any sort of noodles floating around in a broth. I make a lot of bone broth now because of her.

I know this doesn't help you, but be careful what you wish for. Makes dinner time a pain in the arse for us sometimes.

Every so often she'll ask for pasta or beans and rice just out of the blue.

I've found that if I let her "help" in the kitchen, she's more apt to try whatever we're making or at least the components of the overall dish.

Broiled fish

If she likes beef, tri-tip is great for families. We also like pork tenderloin.

I second pho, my son loves that too.

Not sure how old she is, but my son is 3. He used to eat everything, but has started to become picky within the last few months. Just beware, it might happen.

smothered hamburgers steaks cut up, pasta and red sauce cut up (my older likes to slurp up entire noodles), dirty rice, gumbo, mine have like baked salmon that can be flaked off with a fork (Just gotta watch closely for bones). They don't always eat all of these but these are the ones that have been a hit at times.

Mine also like Pho broth. Sometimes I can trick them into thinking air fried zucchini is french fries

My 2 year old daughter refuses to eat a solid piece of meat but if you put beef, chicken, pork, or seafood in a stew or pasta she can't get enough. Drives me crazy that she won't eat cut up meat but I guess that's kids for you.

It honestly sounds like you're in a good spot. I would just keep making some new things and seeing if she likes them. Just have a couple of easy things on stand-by in case she fights back.

Maybe she would like quiche as well. You can load those with other proteins and vegetables.
