Literally, a piece of my dinner tonight.

This was the first time I had eaten at Popeyes in well over six months and I can safely say this will be my last time.

People complain about the size of chicken finger that Cane's now serves and rightfully so, but at least they are courteous at customer service.

At Popeyes, its consistently bad and rude customer service, an inferior product and not so fresh chicken.

I'll support Leader's (local mom and pop fried chicken joint) from here on out any time I want fried bird.

Not even the Pope could help this baby chick out.

I've noticed their pieces of chicken have really gotten smaller too.

Yep. Have had the same experience.

A son in Jacksonville NC hit a new store there this weekend and said it was very good, however.

Retaining water in that thumb.

Hillary Clinton special. 2 short legs, 2 fat thighs, 2 small breasts and 2 left wings.

It was supposed to be. I've had chicken drummettes that were bigger than that.

I had surgery on that thumb. Yeah, that's it.

Based off of the width of his thumbnail, I'd say that's the size of a drumette.

Good luck calling in an order to Leaders. They keep their phone off the hook.

Popeyes is good, don't get me wrong, but it's overrated, no doubt. After eating Gus's it's hard for me to eat any other fried chicken, but in BR my go-to is Chicken Shack.

Assuming you went to the Dutchtown Popeyes, they are hands down the worst Popeyes in the country.

Correct. Won't be doing that again. They're now dead to me.

Burger King at Essen and Perkins is the worst dining experience I've ever had.

What do you expect with their typical "customer servers"?

Popeyes overall is nowhere near what it was back in the 80's when Copeland still had an interest in it. The recipe is not the same. Someone needs to dig that recipe up and start a new chain with it....and maybe steal some Chic-fil-a "customer servers".
