This is sacrosanct because I've always loved Popeyes but the last two times I had it the quality was shite. I'm not talking about the service or execution. The chicken tastes processed and the sides aren't what they used to be. Didn't someone buy a lot of them in the last few years?

Merged with/bought out by Church's, I believe.

EDIT: Burger King's parent company bought them. My bad.

Right, symbol is QSR. Popeye's actually bought out Church's back in the Copeland days but hasn't owned them in some time.

Burger King at Essen and Perkins is the worst dining experience I've ever had.

The Wendy's on College says "here, hold my frosty (if the machine is working)".

Like KFC and Pizza Hut and Dunkin Donuts and many other chains, Popeye's has started to sacrifice quality for the almighty dollar, taking shortcuts wherever they possibly can.

You need to hit up the Popeyes on 415 or the one in Forest, Ms. Forest had the nicest employees I've ever met at any fast food chain.
415 crew is nice. Chicken is usually legit.

I feel so bad for all of you. Alexandria and pineville have awesome popeyes. Quick service, friendly faces, and clean. Popeyes is one of our goto meals when we are in a hurry.

The only good Popeye's I've found in BR is the one on Burbank. They're quick, never fricked up my order, they always give me spicy, and they're actually pretty friendly

I somehow teleported into Bizarro Baton Rouge last week and had an outstanding experience at Burbank Popeyes, too. Started a thread to commemorate the event. I hope I get to stay!

Tim Horton's owns them now. They also own Burger King. Canadians love some Timmy Horton.
