If you were putting together a couple of non-perishable Louisiana Food Care Packages, what would they include?

Some Oak Grove jambalaya mix, Louisiana Fish Fry, couple packs freeze dried shrimp, good filet powder, couple bottle of cayennes in vinegar, Crystal hot sauce, and some Jazzmen rice.

Your (or their) favorite seasoning blend, like Tony's or Slap Ya Mama.
I would include Community coffee, but that's my favorite. Do you drink a Louisiana brand?

I give baskets of Louisiana products as hostess gifts when we visit/stay with family out of state. Besides the suggestions mentioned above, I often include local jams/jellies, local honey, Community Coffee, local pickles, Abita Root Beer, NuNus or some other seasoning, and Hanley's Sensation Salad Dressing. In addition to the food items I usually put some Louisiana themed tea towels, spreaders and appetizer plates.

Don't forget the Steens
Understatement there. I can't imagine not being able to source that where I lived. It's a staple.

+1 on the Steens, and a selection of hot sauces. Local honey, some fig preserves, roux in a jar and/or dry roux powder, liquid crab boil....

The last one I sent included some Tabasco coffee mugs, Mardi Gras beads, and a zydeco CD.

I'd want some Blue Runners and Crystal Extra Hot. Regular I can get.

My son just asked me to send him some out in the boondocks in west Texas, so I don't think so.
