My fav in Dallas is actually a little hole in the wall bar that serves 5* food. Called Cock and Bull. The filet and ribeye there are out of this world. It is a sit down bar though so don't expect atmosphere.

Can not recall if they have opened a Vic and Anthony's yet, but if they do.... The blue cheese bacon butter is the best topping they have!!

For my money, it's the dry aged beef and great wine list at Pappa's. Plus the crabmeat Mac and Chesse.
