It actually is really easy. Can you boil water? And whisk butter into a tablespoon of water? Next time you get lobster try it.

There are two types of rolls the cold and the hot. (In New York the cold was Maine style and the hot was Chesapeake style) The hot is much better.

At least they waited to post in response to being mentioned.

And I've only ever had lobster rolls in Boston and I must say I absolutely loved them (plural). Had to have them again after the first one.
