I'm in Baton Rouge and looking for some select live crawfish. Any recommendation would be appreciated.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but any store selling crawfish are selling "select". You're not likely going to get field run crawfish unless you're buying them directly.

I don't think the app has details on if selects are available. Does it?

It's probably a little too early in the season for selects.

Usually don't get bigger bugs until the end of March (when I start boiling every weekend).

Ours were pretty good sized Saturday too. We only get our live from Fat Boys.

There is a place located off Old Jefferson Highway in BR, near the Ascension Parish line --- right after Azalea Lakes subdivision (the name of the business escapes me) that sells live select crawfish.

Not Baton Rouge, but saw someone in the Lafayette area selling selects last week.

I think his name is Blake Hopkins and he does select and hand picked crawfish.
