Saw some on the shelf the other day. What are some good dishes to use it to enhance flavor.

If you like Popeyes Red Beans, that’s what they use.

I remember buying some liquid smoke on my first grocery trip, living on my own, and thinking, "I will need this one day."

Many years later... It is still waiting to be used.

Use a little on your sausage when you fry it. Taste like Cracker Barrels sausage.

I use it to fight moles and gophers. It makes them gag just like those who consume it in their food.

The Bbq sauce recipe I use calls for a teaspoon of it that’s the only time I use it.

Beans, sauces, dips (ranch) and a little bit in ground beef for burgers from time to time.

Before I started actually smoking my beef jerky I'd use a little liquid smoke in my marinade and let that sit in the fridge on the meat for a day or so and then use a dehydrator to dry the meat.

I don't use liquid smoke now since I find it a better product if actually smoked for a few hours to dry and flavor the jerky. That takes it to another level of good.

It's best used by throwing it in the trash.

OK, thanks for the answers. I will try it a few times before I throw it in the trash.

Add a drop or two in ketchup, with a healthy shot of black pepper to be used for dipping fries. Adds a nice smoky zip.

If you like Cracker Barrel sausage, you might be able to find what they use locally. Or you can just buy straight from the source. But it’s a lot of sausage.

Anything that calls for smoked paprika but you only have regular paprika.
