Whats y’all fellas solution to a stick that has a really hard draw? Damn near unable to smoke some I got recently.

Throw it in the trash.

You can try to press the cigar while smoking, to try and loosen up any plugs. As you smoke, just roll and squeeze the cigar between your fingers, at the point of the cigar that feels the hardest. It could help to loosen up any plugs you may have. If that doesn't work, toss it and grab a cigar that isn't rolled terribly.

There is a tool called PerfecDraw that will help unplug a cigar and save it. It's been a great tool to have and has saved me multiple cigars. Basically required if you tend to smoke Cubans because you will run into hard draws eventually.

You can also use it to fine tune a draw to your preference. Definitely helps in cases where you're wanting a more open draw and better smoke output.

Roll the cigar in your fingers, with some pressure, being careful not to crack the wrapper. Might have to work it for a while. If the plug is towards the lit end, cut it and start over.

Get the “Perfect Draw” tool. It’s def worth it.

Cuban cigars are infamous for this.

I used to take a match or thin screw and ream the middle to open it up more. Plugs are usually around where the cigar band is.

Friend gave me a Davidoff Winston Churchill Late Hour yesterday while we smoked some Henry Clay War Hawks.

Going to enjoy the Davidoff for the first time tomorrow after Thanksgiving. If you haven't tried it, I def suggest a War Hawk. It's a sweet pepper taste, almost like a brown sugar and pepper rub on ribs and throwing it on the grill. Last third has some pepper kick but it's an excellent smoke. I believe it was on Cigar Afficinado's Top 10 Smokes of the year.

You outta try out the new CAO Zocalo. It’s nice AF.

I brought a Cloud Hopper with me to my parents house. I don’t feel like being social anymore, so I’m sitting out in dads shop smoking.

Had a Perdomo LOT 23, gold wrapper yesterday. Possibly one of the worst cigars I have had in a while. Wrapper cracked at the butt after a few tugs, horrible draw and somewhat plugged, off putting taste(stale cigarette) and burned canoe style. Worked with it for about 20 minutes and threw it in the grass. Maybe just a bad stick but good thing this was from a sampler pack because I don't believe I will reach for this brand again.

Since it was part of a sampler pack I am wondering if it was old inventory and why it was priced that way?

Evening gents! H. Upmann Regalias Habana Cuba. Have been aging these for two months and the taste has changed quite a bit from when I first opened them.
