Honestly, and not trying to come down hard on them, but from my experiences there, the only thing that truly has been can't miss is the smoked tomato soup.

had the sauteed crab fingers and flatbread appetizer. Chimes has better crab fingers and flatbread tasted like domino's. Turtle soup was decent.

I had pecan crusted speckled trout topped w/ crabmeat, it was ok. Got to try the filet, it was pretty damn good. the paneed rabbit was phenomenal.

Banana's foster and bread pudding were good. Service seemed slow, we had our food for about 5 min before all the wine we ordered 15 min before was poured.

Somebody at the table next to us ordered chicken & waffles, it looked really good. Might go back to try that.

Agreed. I usually stick to the Tasting of Creole Louisiana, but the other dishes that I posted in a previous post are just as good.
