William's Sonoma is currently not doing it, and we have 6 Shun knives that need sharpening.
The place on Oak Street (where we have been going) is good but not cheap and just raised prices again.

You can send off to Shun, they’ll sharpen, fix nicks or whatever and send back. It’s free, just pay shipping. I usually do 2-3 at a time so

Buy a couple of Dia-Sharp diamond stones and learn to do it yourself. It only takes a few minutes.

Mary's Ace Hardware on Rampart St (across from Armstrong Park) has a guy who comes in on the last Sat of the month and does knife sharpening. He's good, and cheap ($5 per knife). He doe most of the FQ restaurants. Cash only so be sure to have soime greenbacks.

Any idea what hours he is there?

Varies. He usually gets there by 9am. I do not believe he stays longer than 3/4 pm.
