My wife and I ate here last night. It is located in Chinatown, a small place in a strip mall. When I say small, it is small. Seating for 6 at the sushi bar; two 4 top tables and one 2 top. They offer 2 seatings a night, 5:30 and 7:30 and dinner is served as an Omakase Course. They take reservations one month out and they fill up quickly.
We paid $100 a person for the meal. There was an option to add additional sushi, but we were so full we didn't even consider adding anything additional.
First Course, there was some fish, some seaweed, some cucumber, something sour, and that spongy-looking thing it was very good.
Second Course, it was grilled salmon in a thick rich mushroom broth with a hint of spice, this dish was incredible.
Third Course:
Fourth Course: This was daikon root, scallops and eel
Fifth Course: Scallops, flounder, lean bluefin, yellowtail (I think) and snapper. The snapper was incredible, it had some sweet shrimp and some lemon juice. This was an incredible piece of fish.
The fifth Course Continued: There were 2 types of tuna, barracuda, Uni plus another fish that I can't remember.
Sixth Course: bluefin hand roll
Seventh Course: Shrimp miso soup
Eighth Course: Green tea icecream

How'd you like the uni?
Omakase is something I wish everyone could do once. You may not like everything, but it's a very cool experience nonetheless.

I am not a uni fan, I keep trying it thinking I will turn a corner, but it hasn't happened yet

Looks excellent. The SO and I are going to Htx for labor day weekend. We are just going to gorge ourselves on food and drinks

I’ll stick with my gas station sushi... all jokes aside it looks incredible

I have that place on my hit list; my problem is that I don’t go to Vegas very often.
I’m with you on the uni - I just haven’t been able to acquire a taste for it.

That all looks great, and a decent price too.

Wick,
Thx for sharing as that looks amazing brother
Uni is one of my favorite sushi items. People seem to either love it, or hate it. This is how I order it , with a quail egg on top.
