It had been a couple of years.... I can see why that is his best seller.... damn strong

good bread
good meat
good sauce
good cheese
good size
good price

i remember thinking i thought the place was expensive a couple years ago...but now I think everything caught up to his prices and it seems fairly priced now

I like to get one with eggplant and mozzarella, extremely good.

I made the mistake of asking for french fries once, Pokey launched into his diatribe against fried food. But any restaurant that doesn't have a deep fryer must be doing something right.

Agreed. I'll never set foot in that place again. Ordered a meatball Poboy a few months ago. When I went to pick it up Pokie threw it on the counter and was a complete arse.

He is quite the character if you can get past his initial mood and tone. I think thats just the old Dago coming out in him. Once you become a familiar face, he shoots the shite as good as anybody else..........
