Remember the Seinfeld episode with the soup Nazi? Well, Pokey is the meatball poboy and muff Nazi.

Things to do to set Pokey off:

1. Pull out a credit card when he gives you the bill.
2. Ask for lemon in your water.
3. Ask him how come he doesn't have ESPN on the TV
4. Sit at a big table when you're by yourself.
5. Tell him how glad you are that they pulled the video poker machines out of restaurants.

I try to do at least one of these every visit.

Pokey is actually one of the nicest people in the world, but he is fun to torment a little bit.
