But honestly I like them all, just something about Don's Country Store that makes his a tick better.

Is their andouille spicy? I get the Paul Prudhomme (not spicy) andouille and use it in my shrimp & yellow corn grits....Very yummy.

Yes but not too spicy. Nice amount to add some heat when you cook. Has red and black pepper in it.

I'll post a pic of the two bean dishes I am going to make so you can pilfer it for lunch tray

I think this just convinced me to finally head that way this weekend and snag some for myself!

I like Jacob’s andouille just slightly over Bailey’s, but use both. I keep andouille, tasso and hocks from one or the other in my freezer at all times.

For HH cheese, though, I’m going to Bourgeois’.
