If there is going to be a fryer set up I do have a nice recipe for baked potato salad. Let me know what you will have to wok with Martini.

I use both sweet and dill relish. I also take the yokes from three of the six eggs and fold into the mayo/mustard sauce.

PLEASE let the potato's cool, refrigerate before cutting if possible so you don't get that shitty mashed potato salad.

I add a little bit of liquid crab boil to the water when boiling the potatoes. My potato salad has been a hit every time with this method

I despise chunky potato salad. You get a big bit of plain potato surrounded by some flavors, but the plain flavor is just rude to me. Hate chunky potato soup also. I puree it. My potato salad is closer to mashed, but with small lumps. Guess other people like it that way too because they always take seconds. Just a matter of taste.

And, seeing a potato salad with square cut chunks means I will not be eating it. It's just not natural.

Did you make the braised short ribs?

Sauce would be good over your square potato chunks for you, but not me.

This right here! I typically make a more traditional potato salad as others have mentioned, but I have put together a few others in the past. Used potatoes boiled in crawfish boil, add creole mustard, mayo, eggs, bacon.

chopped green olives, chopped dill pickles, chopped green onions, Russet potatoes small chunks don't bother me, a dash of worcestershire sauce, black pepper, very tiny chopped celery.

I haven't. Haven't cooked a serious meal in a couple weeks thanks to some gastro issues.

I have never understood Counts phobia for crunch in potato salad. There must be something in his childhood that he still can't get over.

I know I'm in the minority but I can't stand a celery crunch. I like a pickle crunch in potato salad though.

He's from the same place my folks are, and potato salad just doesn't have crunch in it to us.
