Just picked up the last bottle at red white and brew in Hammond. They got their delivery today. What is the best way of keeping this?

At my house.
Think 55° is suggested, someone else probably knows more. Personally, I have mine in a cool dark closet.

I have several aging in the fridge, don't know why that wouldn't work. Personally, I don't have enough room or fridges to age everything I have. Some guys do.

The only reason I wouldn't cellar in a fridge is light exposure every time you open the door. I have mine in boxes on top of the kegerator. As long as you avoid light and extreme temperatures they will be fine.

We were on a tight schedule...It was much more impressive than I was expecting though, and I really want to go back and spend some time. The girl at the bar wasn't sure what to do with all my boxes. She pointed to the display case and offered a few of everything !
