Apple cider vinegar & beer pulled pork for us tonight.

A shoulder bone in.

Applewood rubbed it and it rested it, wrapped in plastic, in the fridge last night.

And sautéed some holy trinity to go in the pot too.

Dutch oven, in the oven, all day.

Potluck gathering with some neighborhood families for the game.

I’m doing a few racks of ribs, venison blackstrap, and a pan of baked beans. Ribs are about to go on the Egg.

Smoked pork butt, smothered okra and tomatoes, turnip greens. Staying low carb!

Butt and ribs have been on for 3 1/2 hours. Pull ribs in about 30 min.

Put a shoulder on around 6 this morning. This was from around 3 hours in spritzing with Apple vinegar/Apple juice mixture.

Just now before I wrapped in foil

Just put the ribs in Smokin Tex at 250. Seasoned with Bodacious BBQ rub.

Cooked a pork butt, cubed, down in some sofritto and adobo sauce yesterday for tacos.

Somewhere along the line, maybe 08 or so, our game day food became nachos.

Our game food is nachos.

1lb sausage
1 block velveeta
1 can Rotel
Milk as needed

All in a crockpot.

Delicious
