1st main dish will be sausage & tasso in a red gravy for some game day rice & gravy
2nd main dish will be a pork loin I butterflied & stuffed with smoked Gouda, cream cheese, asparagus, & cranberries. Then I rolled that bad boy up in a bacon blanket. I’m gonna slow roast that with some red potatoes. Haven’t decide what the sides will be. I know I’m gonna put a jar of my homemade pickled banana peppers on the table & I made some dark chocolate brownies with smashed up butterfinger bars mixed in. As soon as I put spoon to pot, I’ll have a beer then crack open the 8 year old Old Charter

Cooking rice and gravy in the jambalaya pot outdoors. Have he projector screen set up, gonna watch the game outside tonight.
