If you are in NELA, I can get that oven fixed for you in a day or two.

You know too? It's a gas oven, most likely his ignitor is bad. You can fit a GE Wb2x9998 ignitor in there. Not bad at all. Charge the man $200 and your doing him a favor at that price and only be out a $25 part.
Or you can go with the viking ignitor, Which is functionally the same, hell side by side it looks like the GE square ignitor.
Guarantee it's not drawing the 3.2 amps in less than 30 seconds needed to open the gas valve, it's taking a lot longer to build draw the amperage so the gas valve isn't opening. If it was a bad thermostat it would over heat. Long heat time is an easy fix.
You in the appliance repair trade? I have been looking for someone else from here that did this stuff.
Going to Miami in Feburary? I can't wait, ASTI 2016.

Looks mighty fine. I love a good meatball poboy with provolone. Used to get one once every week or so from Koz's when I worked in Harahan.
Those distressed cabinets though... they killin' me.

Any line on Jenn Aire parts Napoleon? I got one of the sealed gas burners on one side of my range that rusted out and has a flame coming out the bottom. Best price I can find to replace the whole one side sealed unit is like $400. I'd rather a new range than pay that, but I wouldn't mind just fixing what I've got presently without the hassle of switching the whole thing out.

yeah, you talking about the Jen Air burners that pop out to be replaced by a grill (like you can pull the burners out of place with no tools) or are you talking about the two that you can't pull out (well not all Jen airs have pull outs as well)
Shoot me a part number at NapoleonTD at Gmail . com and I'll look it up in the morning and see, just explain in the email which burners are bad.

So you made a meatball sandwich?
Posted on 7/28/15 at 11:50 pm to threeputt
Looks good, but you need some of that red gravy spooned over the meatballs on the bread.
Suggestion: Eat open-face.
