Does anyone have the scoop on this? I just drove by, and there were "now hiring" signs outside.

Yes, same place. They have "Now Hiring" banners in the grass in front of the restaurant.

You think they would've figured out that the parking lot is way too small for that volume of customers.

As an AP resident, I will support them.

I like their wings, sauce on side and I like their “BBQ” ribs.

Glad to see them give it another try. I don’t see a negative to it.

I think their target date is April 5th but with new openings that date always tends to move.

Yea this has been mentioned in a few threads here. The parking situation does suck, but I don't think that was the downfall. The service sucked worse than the parking. And I love their ribs and smoked wings even though that's an unpopular opinion.

The whole strip is basically unoccupied. If whoever owns it (I think is is Giovanni Mucciacciaro) does not take advantage and restripe this thing for angled wider parking then T J Ribs will fail gain.

I agree, but to be fair, the parking isn’t any better at Mi Padres either. I usually park across the street in the other parking lot.

It’s a very short walk.

Same here, BUT, if they can get a decent wait staff offering good service this go round, I will put up with less than ideal parking.

Look at Mason's Grill. Same situation here. How often have you circled the small parking lot only to park in the ditch or in front of the electrical substation and walk.

Just to echo the message...

The parking sucks, but there's enough concrete close enough to make it work.

In the past most every restaurant there, including TJ's, the service has been worse than the parking. TJ's food even suffered there the last year of their life.

It will suffer the same demise if they don't put in a real deal manager along with the authority to make things right.

I'm hoping they do.
