Izzos by LSU is legit. High volume so it's always fresh. Workers seem like college stoners.

Only other Izzos I've been to lately was on Manhattan on the Wank. It's garbage. Place is always dirty, workers suck, and food isn't fresh and is prepared like they are trying to make abstract works of art

And yes I see the Chipotles in the other ones, this was just funny

Texas has most of those too.

But 9 times out of 10 I'll stop at one of many taco stands and get much better shite than Chipotle and the like. Cheaper too.

Yeah, Izzo's does blow Chipotle out of the water. Their food tastes much, much better, and more than that, it's actually quite good.

It is ridiculous that a burrito joint just started selling queso and they make a big deal about it on the new commercial.

Expansion failing at the regional level, though.

I haven't had it because I refuse to go back to that place, but I've heard it's terrible.

Yeah for me basically most of these places are generally the same. What puts other places over the top are the salsas, sauces, and toppings. Chipotle lacks and all 3 phases. I guess it depends where you live and your options.

Chipotle is good when you are travelling and want to know the macros of your food. This is more for the health/fitness board though.

My daughter and her brood love Chipotles, it is perfect for them, no flavor, I don't think an actual unadulterated chipotle pepper has ever been in the place. Children and hipsters hate flavor, the less the better. No child in Chipotles ever said "this is too spicy, it burns my mouth".

Chili's is pretty bad too. We won a $500 gift card to Chili's, when we moved there was one very close. I ended up giving it to my yard guy with at least $350 still on it.

With the influx of small authentic taquerias and taco trucks in every town in America, why would anyone eat at Chipotle?

How are they overrated? Given the damage to their reputation from the various health woes, I'm sure they aren't highly rated by anyone.
