You aren't wrong. The problem, however, is that a third of our country are not average persons

It's like everyone has completely ignored the CDC when they stated a few weeks back that surface contamination isn't really a thing.

yes, yes it does.

the one in p'ville hires a completely different employee than the leblanc's it replaced. rude AF, can't bag worth a shite.have no idea how to handle things like eggs, bread, chips etc.. i've had them toss drinks or milk jugs on top crushable items like it's no big deal.

when they are stocking shelves, they park their carts blocking half the aisle and they sit on crates blocking the other half.
it's as though customers don't even exist.

that and the fact their produce is always questionable at best, their meat seems to be close to expiring most of the time.

Businesses aren't required to report positive employees. The lab that performed the test is required to report the positive result including demographics. There is also no requirement of the employer to inform other employees that an employee tested positive at that location, however someone from Office of Public Health may make that notification in some circumstances. HIPPA only states that you can't reveal a specific person's PHI, but you can definitely say that an employee tested positive. You just can't identify that employee.

Correct, not required.

But dumb if the employer doesn't notify people who had direct exposure.

You’re right if you are into rotten produce and shitty meat.

I think it’s just where y’all live. The ones over here are nice, clean, and have courteous employees. Never have issues with produce being rotten or low quality cuts of beef.

Agreed. The one by LSU has always been clean, well stocked, and staffed by courteous employees when I’ve shopped there.

It sounds like the people in the BR area who bitch about Rouses have been mad forever because they bought out Leblanc’s. Y’all have never let that go

Remember, they only bought Leblanc’s out because Leblanc’s sold out. Y’all should be more mad at Leblanc’s than Rouses.

Nobody is letting positive employees work. Also, employees are usually so damn lazy they are looking for any reason to get out of work. That being said, EVERY business is having problems with this. Vilifying businesses is just a shitty thing to do

I agree ... Leblanc's wasn't that great anyway.

And I DOUBT it's different employees, although it has been four years since Rouse's took over. It's just some of the idiot employees at grocery stores are rude people ... it's not a Rouse's problem it's their own personal problem.

and they'd be rude if they worked at Leblanc's too
