Interesting cache of old Louisiana (mostly New Orleans) restaurant menus

Louisiana Menu and Restaurant Collection
I ran across this trying to find the menu for the old burrito place Kokopelis in New Orleans (Google lead me to it HERE).
It's got some really old ones and some recent history type old ones. Struck me as an interesting link that I hadn't seen before and thought it might interest some of you here. It seems like a good thing to peruse and get a good idea of how the food scene of a place like New Orleans evolved.
