Also, I have been to Juicy a few times at various spots. It's not authentic, but it's not terrible either. I've had dramatically worse "cajun food" at other restaurants.

I thought I posted this picture also, but I don't see it. The person who posted it on Yelp wrote "all grease". Yuck.

This appears to be akin to cooking crawfish in bland water and then seasoning them after boiling. I see on the menu that you can get mild, spicy etc... I assume that's due to the sauce and seasoning they use after the seafood is cooked.

Because when i think good seafood, i think of the midwest.

With their massive coastlines, it only makes sense.

There is one in Huntsville Al. It would rate below Red Lobster and slightly above Morton’s frozen seafood selection.

It's not actual "Cajun" style seafood. It's what these people have been PROMOTING as "Cajun" all over the Country when it's just a bunch of fraudulent bullsh!t.

There's a thousand places like this all over Atlanta. They steam or boil the seafood in unseasoned water and then toss in a bullsh!t sauce of Parkay, Old Bay, Garlic, and Lemon Pepper with some red pepper depending on how hot they want it ... then tell people it's "Cajun."

I'm no cajun, though I did live in Baton Rouge once, but even I know that Old Bay is a Baltimore seasoning based on what the watermen of the Eastern Shore (Chesapeake) use to season their seafood. Now, I like Old Bay, and they do some nice things with crabs up there, but it ain't cajun.
I can't imagine this lasting too long.
