I would probably say I'll never try it, but Modern Times brewery is vegan, and they serve Beyond Meat products. I suspect that I'll be there at some point in time and split one the burgers or tacos with my wife. Then I'll be able to at least say I tried it.

Its not bad. I put some on my taco salad last night and it was good. Like all things, depends on what type or brand you get.

Is anyone carrying the Impossible in BR? Impossible and Beyond are supposedly two different tastes. I have not tried either but every one says Impossible tastes more natural and Beyond has a chemical taste to it. Would like to try the Impossible.

Supposedly Impossible sent out paperwork to all restaurants/stores around the country who carry the product letting them know it is on a major US shortage. So anyone who sells it likely doesn't have it right now anyway :/
EDIT - I think Beyond has a chemical taste as well. I actually bought the All American flavored Boca burgers today, which I hear are pretty good.
