I made the chili too and thought it was good. I added a can of beans and a can of corn. It was a pretty solid chili, I thought.

Many have already stated, but ill add. I have yet to be disappointed by anything I've used by them. The garlic sauce is a good add to a lot of things. The chicken or shrimp stew make for a killer easy meal. Sauce piquante with gator meat or shrimp and sausage is good stuff too. Will agree they tend to overstate the ammount of protein needed. I usually cut back a fair bit.

Highly recommend. Keep a few jars in pantry at all times.

I am making chili today (with beans ) and using Cajun Power for the first time. I’m using half of the 32-ounce jar and refrigerating the remainder.

Instead of ground beef I am using a cut up raw rump roast.

No shame in beans in chili. Feed two boys playing HS football and it amazing how much it stretches chili on those years when the venison is scarce.

I forgot all about CP products. Just ordered, on their site, W-sauce, grandma chick stew, garlic and sloppy B-dreux. The wife will love giving this to me for Christmas.

Add a bottle to my crawfish boils. Put some in my crawfish dip as well. Good stuff

I use the chili for our chili dog party. Good stuff.

All of the Cajun Power products are top notch. Most importantly, they are locally made in Louisiana. My favorite if I had to choose is the Sauce Piquante. Simply use a protein of your choice and it's really good.

I just had the chili the other day. It was good but perfect for the wife because she preferred a sweeter sauce. I added mexene to it while cooking to cut the sweetness. It was a chili we could both eat, but definitely not what I would consider chili.

Tried it after Tabasco discontinued their chili starter, I think I liked the Tabasco more, but its perfect for hot dogs or Frito Pies for a party or a week night.

I'll have to try the mawmaws chicken gravy

I have a bowl of chicken thighs marinating in their hot garlic sauce right now. They will be going on the pit this afternoon.

Hopefully they brought it back. Calvin's is a little out of the way, but I'll be on the lookout for it locally now
