Yup, delicious. Though I think there are maybe 6 bars here which carry both to be able to mix pitchers

In all fairness....Im pretty much a beer slut.....not many I dont like (except for that blueberry flavored shite...whatever that is....) But.....Andygator has a nice alcohol content to go with the flavor. I also like Parish products...Ghost in the machine is GREAT, but I cant afford to stock my fridge with that....

I've been mixing Purple Haze and Andygator for years. Just hadn't gotten around to mixing the strawberry. I imagine they do a Haze blend as well.

Like Strawgator, they now brew Triple Haze which is close to mixing them. 8%, not bad.

When I see Vanilla Dog, I grab it every time. Its the closest to their 25th Anniversary beer as they've come.

YOU BETTER BE frickING SORRY!

No, but really, Andygator isn't my favorite of Abita's flagship brews, but the specialty brews they do based on Andygator are always the best shite they make.

Strawgator. Doublegator. Even the Triple Haze that was kind of like Purple Haze made in an Andygator style. So good!

The only time I drink Andygator is at the New Orleans airport. Limited selection there and it's a better bang for your buck.

Barney is frickin potent. 2-3 of them and I have a hard buzz. That Andygator is good shite. I'll have to try the strawberry during strawberry fest

I really like Abita Golden. It just really damn crisp and fresh every time I've had it. I have had some Ambers that just didn't taste right so my go to is always Golden.

At the bulldog (for sure the one in BR off Perkins) they will make a Turminator which is Andygator and turbodog. Puts hair on your chest and gets you nice and drunk. I haven't had one in a while but used to enjoy it regularly.

An innocuous thread in OT moved to the FD is not the same.

Seriously.....Screw Abita

They have all the money, ability and access to raw materials in the world

Is it so much for them to have a few pet products that are world class beers, if even on much smaller scale?

It simply comes down to leadership really not caring

IMO, Abita Strawberry is the perfect crawfish boil beer.
