Corn dogs

I serve shrimp corn dogs using Alton Brown's corn dog recipe to which I add a little crab boil. Make whatever sauce you like. Very easy and delicious.

Jambalaya is like butt arse easy.

Trinity (sautéed)

Sausage and chicken (cooked)

Roux

Chicken broth

Pour over a big tray of rice

Put it in the oven.

Cajun seasoning, salt pepper as needed.

Real simple. They won’t know any better.

Chicken nuggets from Wal-Mart. They love those. Maybe some fine plasticChina ware too.

For brown jambalaya, add 1 heaping tbsp. brown sugar to hot oil and caramelize, or make a roux, or use Kitchen Bouquet.

he said he wanted easy not best.
if I make jambalaya for people who don’t know the difference I’ll absolutely use kitchen bouquet. I don’t stand over a hot pot slowly carmelizing meats for just anyone
