Texas toast, fry some real bacon with some real fat, 2 eggs over easy in the bacon grease then prepare the texas toast with real butter and finish in a clean skillet.

Got to have at least 2 sandwiches like that with a couple more pieces of bacon and 2 eggs over easy on the side.

BREAKFAST EGG SANDWICH HACK

HACK

I don't know why, but this word annoys the hell out of me when people use it in relation to cooking.

Also, to even call this method a hack, when it's an arguably more difficult method to make a sandwich than usual, is laughable.

What kind of pretentious arse uses chopsticks when preparing this dish. Only two pieces of Bacon GTFO. Good idea, but leaves a lot of room for improvement.

in general is dumb.

my irrational word annoyance is "toppings" I have no idea why and I can't really explain it but every time I hear it or read it it makes me feel gross. Silly, I know.

there’s no way it’s not good (it’s eggs cheese and bacon) but the eggs are way over cooked and there’s no way it’s as good as fried eggs with a runny yolk

It’s fancier but not better

I’m going to go against the grain here. Chopsticks are a great cooking tool! Great for flipping shrimp when you’re sautéing a bunch. And other stuff. Try it.
