When making my shrimp n grits, I have been using “Country Boy” white grits, out of Walker. Well, they went out of business. So I’m looking for another white, stone ground grit.

Who should I try and where do I get it?

Lots of options on Amazon.

Stone ground Grits include the corn hull and bran. Honestly they should all be the same. We buy our stone ground grits from Sciple's mill, north of DeKalb, MS.

Honestly, they are probably all the same.

Pissed me off..Rouse's quit selling the Quaker old fashioned grits. All they have is the 5 minute Quick grits (all brands). This is at the Vets and Causeway store.

Weisenberger White Grits

A lot of the local farm to table folks here in Kentucky use them as well. Love them.

I buy the Quacker Old Fashion grits. Hopefully they don’t quick selling it everywhere because Walmart doesn’t carry it by me.
