My only complaint was the pimple faced kid had trouble opening the register to give me some quarters. He finally yanked it open and change flew everywhere. I was flabbergasted at his lack of training.

If you don’t think it’s appropriate to take the boy aside and let him know what he’s doing wrong, or have a chance to show him how to open the quarter roll, you can discretely send the manager an email so he knows to tighten up the staff. It’s bww’s, ffs. You’d expect them to be on point.
