FWIW, I ate at Nino's tonight and the food was excellent as usual.

I had a similar experience at Marcello’s shortly after they (re)opened. Wasn’t a big deal, and I felt sorry for the guy.

Just out of curiosity, have 4 of the top 5 been named? If not I’d like to know what I’m missing. Thanks

I don't know, but my favorite places are:
Nino's
Sushi Yama
Zorba's
Omi for Chinese
Rocca
Kalurah
Marcello's
These are the places I frequent.

Based on that list, the odds that we haven’t dined in the same room as one another are almost staggeringly low

Soo...are you going to to tell us where it was? Not a fan personally of this restaurant but I'll guess Little Village??

They need a cork pop wine opener. You never have to cut the foil again

After making people read 3 pages of nonsense because of your dumb guessing game , I wish they would have just dumped the wine on you while the bww regulars put your car on blocks

Nope. But that reminds me. I haven’t dined there in over a year. I have to get back for some of their fried chicken and special sauce with celery on the side. It’s excellent, as usual.

I've only seen the place from afar

We should go dine there for happy hour one day next week. Also, the blue cheese is top notch.
