Was any of it overcooked?
The drums and wings were a little overdone, but I kind of like them that way. The breast and thighs were perfect.

I did the same thing the other day for the first time. I regret not injecting it but it was outstanding. Probably the best homemade chicken ive ever had

We have the larger sized air fryer, and still not sure a full chicken would fit well in there.
I used to do wings in ours, and I would cook them into crispy chicken jerky wings. Like chicken well done.
Stopped going to places like bww cuz they would get busy and not cook the wings enough for my liking..

Seems like a long time. Was any of it overcooked?
I"ve done it a few times and the first few times were trial and error.
I thought using an air fryer would speed things up, but it's every bit of an hour to get all parts of that bird to 165.
the wings will get a bit overcooked, but the thighs and the breasts are really all you're interested in anyway.
It is delicious though.

I wonder how long two Cornish hens would take? I really miss those.

Wish he would have been around for Carson's Uppity Chicken.

I have a rotisserie attachment available for my air fryer. I need to use it.
