Just checked Curbside's twitter and no major announcements yesterday. Did they tease an announcement yet again without delivering? Seems like this shite has been going on for over a year now. Or is the announcement not until Feb 7?

maybe they were just planning to announce they were switching to Royal Purple on their next oil change ..
Personally, I don't get all the hoopla about the food trucks ... i've tried a lot of them and i don't find the food any better than decent brick and mortar places ... but, in the case of ones like Taco de Paco, or whatever, it is actually more expensive .. i guess it is just the novelty of getting food served to you out the side of a glorified ice cream truck ..

Dolce Vita had a good offerimg from a trailer and Curbside was the best burger in BR hands down.
But in most ways I agree, the Nola food trucks kinda suck.. I had guideaux's the other day and it just wasn't that good.
The prices aren't great either. But in other cities like San Fran and Austin the food trucks have found a great niche and are worth seeking out.

That's such a great name for a pasta food truck.

i didn't really find the Curbside burger all that memorable, personally .. the garlic fries are pretty good .. but the burger was probably a notch above something like the Chimes, to me .. i have been going to Mooyah Burger lately .. it's pretty good ..

Jesus are you my grandfather? I remember sitting at the bar with him when I was about 7 at Fleur De Lis and he'd knock back a couple with a Falstaff.

i remember my grandfather giving me an ice cold miller pony when i was really young for the first time .. nastiest thing i had ever tasted to that point ... needless to say .. i have since acquired the taste ..
