hair doesn't contaminate food dummy. just pull it out and move on with life. I eat food off the floor when falls down, down sweat the little stuff

The hair likely comes from the server, not the kitchen. Hair would melt in a pot of etouffe'. The only way it survives is after it's plated.
I live with two females. I find hair on my freshly laundered clothes, car seats, furniture, showers, and everywhere else. I can't get away from hair. I just got over it.

When you said crawfish 1/2 n 1/2 that was the red flag. And the $2.95 dessert I'm guessing cheesecake. Not much of a dons person, though their $12.99 seafood platter night was legit.
