I’m going to just go out on a limb here and consider you aren’t too bright. Let’s just say this. If there is no paper trail (Which there was) the IRS will make up a paper trail.

Now let me ask you mister businessman....if you have a business that the Federal Government is going in dry on...would you want to provide the documents or allow them to guess because I can assure you they are guessing high in this game. Made out like a bandit until he got caught.

Now maybe he is legit now and making a killing according to the CPA’s in this thread but to think he didn’t get popped and popped hard is coming from someone who who has no concept of business.

I just realized that I want some Billy’s pepper jack wraps with some pepper jelly to dip in... don’t know why I haven’t thought of this until now.

Found the guy that has no idea what he's talking about and will just make stuff up because he likes a guy's rice in intestine casing.

I never said I was bright. I keep a flashlight in my pocket for that. You sound like you know exactly what happened. Billy is expanding in new locations making it hand over fist and you believe he got popped hard? Didn't even phase him bruh.

Yeah that’s what it was. Billy banging my wife and not paying her overtime so I spilled the beans.

Your buddy Aubrey got popped for half a mil but your buddy above can’t read. They might be doing great now and then as well but that doesn’t change the fact they were tax frauds and got caught nor does it change the fact your friend above has no clue of business economics. But hey....”he’s makin a killin bruh.”

People judging businesses from cars in a parking lot are most likely the people that do economic studies for the state of Louisiana. It appears they are doing well, adding new outlets, advertising and products. And quite possibly they are doing well. But no one on this message board thinks beyond the cost of a Boudin ball. Overhead, inventory, mortgage, insurance, taxes, regulation, PAYROLL, about a hundred other things have to be accounted for.

LSU basketball looks great too. Are they really great or were they bought?

And I spend a few bucks myself at Billy’s from time to time since my wife got her overtime back wages.
