You should have frozen them. Even under the best of conditions(cooled properly and out of the temperature danger zone in 4 hours), 6 days should be your limit on prepared foods. There are a few exceptions but 6 days is a good rule of thumb. Seafood is typically 3 days for me, but that’s more because of the quality.
For you, though….I say go for it and report back.

In my mind the boil lasts forever.

If you boil with salt and seasoning you're fine especially if you re-frying with rice.
Explain, please. If food has salt and seasoning, it won’t go bad?

Ever heard of 100 year Pho?
Board of Health would need to call for backup.

Is there anything related to crawfish that Texas people don't screw up?

Salt is a natural preservative. I have no issue eating week old boiled crawfish. And like some one posted if it tastes funny spit it out.
It won't last forever so after 10 days I would be somewhat leary.
Now if its a crawfish dusting of the seasoning after you boil then all bets are off.

Somewhat leary with 10 day old boiled seafood?
I guess

So I can keep food for 10 days as long as I cooked it with salt?

How long does crawfish boil last?
In the fridge?
i pout a limit at 5 days, after that its sketchy at best to risk getting the shits from it.
at 7 days i might still eat it as-is, but i sure as hell wouldnt try to recook it into something else

People are such pussies now with food, throwing good food away because of some arbitrary timeline
this. i’ll eat it as long as it smells and tastes fine.

Huh? Boiled crawfish? Crawfish boil water? What are you asking?
It has been 13 hours and lazy arse OP hasn't tended the thread despite the fact it got moved to the food board.
I guess I will feel bad when I find out he ate it and is in the ER now.
I do want to know if he wanted to know about the boiled crawfish or the boil water I answered as if it was the crawfish but suppose it could be either.
